I always preferred this to "It's My Party", but they're both great songs. This song was known as the "answer" to "It's my Party"...carrying over the story line from one record to the next. Probably one of the few examples of this in pop music history. I loved Lesley's music so much. The great Quincey Jones discovered her and produced these great songs. Nothing lasts forever, unfortunately. Good-bye Leslie, we will not forget you, ever. Your music from the 60s sounds as good now as it did then.
