The greatest thing here is that i hope he was allowed to continue to sing soul rather then be told no because he is very good and like some he can sing soul. I find some black singers now don't sing soul but rubbish R & B type music and that they might want to sing soul but don';t get the chance because of what sells.9 years назад

OK. but it feels like an almost complete gutting of the soul that he's trying to mimic. The tone of the background singer he's using is horrendous. The drummer sounds mechanical and bored at best. In fact all of the music sounds "play by numbers." No intensity or honest energy to it at all. A decent "technical" re-imagining but no real soul.Back in the day this music had intensity because the musicians and singers who backed up the lead(s) were the best, not merely adequate.9 years назад
