I think people missed the point. The album is called "KISS My Ass: Classic KISS Re-grooved." RE-GROOVED. When they contacted artists to make contributions to the album, they told them to make the songs their own. The exception was Anthrax. They came out sounding similar to KISS, because Gene and Paul produced their track. The didn't want to. They told Anthrax they would want to sound too similar to them and "we already know what we sound like," but Anthrax told them, "We already did 'Parasite' and 'Love Her All I Can.' You owe us." So to get Anthrax onto the album, they agreed to produce the cover of "She."So if you don't like the vocal, or the guitar tone, or the harmonica, so what? it's not supposed to sound like KISS. It's supposed to sound like Lenny Kravitz. That was the whole idea behind it.
