Hi Emily, yes a French band indeed. I was a fan back in the eighties. The problem is that the name Leitmotiv has been used by different artists. anyway, THE Leitmotiv, :), were active in the years 81-87 if I remember well and released two singles and one LP. I think a CD has been finally released around 2007 compiling all their songs. A must have!Chris
