great pun. skillet's pretty cool. with their music being worship, they're like paramore...they are but not all of the songs aer about God. and there are some awesome rappers out there that have a lot of creativity and musicality and they're entertaining. so don't bash all of them. but some are horrible. :P

I just wanted to point out that skillet does use God and Savior etc in their songs, just not all of them. Some albums are Worship songs and others are just songs that relate to people's problem/experiences you know? BTW I thought I had to share my opinion on rap. I'm sorry but music is just like candy, you gota get rid of all the rappers before you can enjoy it...

For an example take a look at almost any Demon Hunter ( a Christian Metal band) song and look at the comments. Theres almost always a huge debate about Christianity.

Most Christian rock bands like Switchfoot, Disciple, Day of fire etc. still have songs about life which are all from a Christian perspective. Thats a whole lot different than secular rock which is always focused on money, suicide and girls. If they listen to the words they will tell a difference and if they take it one step further and look up the band to see what the band is about, that person is sure to find plenty of info on the Christian faith.
