there is litterally no substance to this. It's dry. The solos are all the same, it's legit the same beat. You can litterally skip to any part of the video and it will be the same thing... The is like, maybe 10% musicality in this thing, and yet some people are trying to insult Jason Richardson's "Thought", but there is litterally 1000x times more musicality throughout this. Better luck next time Lee, hopefully the next one will be better

The music is a whole bunch of wankery. He's just trying to join the solo project crowd like every other ERG guitarist on the planet. As far as the production, this entire song sounds incredibly processed and programmed. Ditch the Axe FX and INSANE production levels, and do a play-through with a mic'd tube amp. Let's see how good Lee really is. Because every time I've seen BOO, they've sucked.

How the hell can anyone say not to focus on the horrible overproduction with a straight face when your ears are getting blasted with an entire symphony orchestra, a gospel choir full of vocal synth "ahhh's", grotesquely programmed drum patterns, more sweeps on the guitar than you could fit in a chimney, and bass slapping madness reminiscent of Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers after 10 bumps of coke all blended together in 4 and a half minutes of chaos? Yeah I'm sure I'll find some practical artistic integrity somewhere in this shitstorm. At least Veil of Maya's new material is realistically skilled enough to fall back on. There needs to be a disclaimer at the beginning that says "Warning, listening to the following track will result in a sudden involuntary development of ADHD, proceed at your own risk."
