No, they were not 3 years too late.... they were around before AND at the same time as Gun N' Roses, etc.. I use to go see them play in the 80's every weekend in O.C. with all my girls. ;)

I love this band ... many here talk about why they were not more successful and I really think it was just poor timing. They were about 3 years late to the scene where the music execs were seeing a huge decline in the hard rock scene and grunge was picking up. I truly think if they were only a few years earlier they would have been huge! Still they are one of my all-time favs !!!

Gawd, this song is an effing masterpiece... Here it is nearly 3 decades later and this song continues to move me.... Just brilliant. Absolutely brilliant! Few bands have powerful songs & backing vocals as these guys... and that slow part is absolutely beautiful!!!!
