It might be a "Near Tonight" outtake, or it was recorded before "Mayfly" (which, sadly, lacks a little oomph). It was a free download from their homepage, which also had their annual christmas songs and "No way out" and "So long" and "Let it out" and... and.. and I miss this band. Glad i bought the records when they came out, but maybe there is a chance of having them re-released on Abe's, as they are planning to do with "Bread" and "Pale". I suggest we simply ask the Toad guys?

I know it is originally there, but this version is different. It's more energetic than Pale's. You can notice some background vocals that were not as loud as this version

I believe it's an outtake. As I recall, I found it along with mp3s of released songs on the band's now-defunct website many years ago.

I wish Lapdog wasn't so hard to find. I've always loved Todd's guitar and vocals. His voice is easily just as awesome as Glenns and I love them both. I just like hell I could find more of Todd's stuff. Thanks for this. Always was a favorite from Pale.

Both Lapdog albums are awesome. I've met Todd several times and he is great!! He is my favorite male voice.
