I totally agree with you! But there is something I don't understand: why comparing Amy Lee with Cristina Scabbia? They are both in different genres and their voices dosn't even sound similar! Both have amazing voices and Amy gets better over the years.

I've been into Lacuna Coil since When A Dead Man Walks was released on the XFM Metal Hammer CD. I bought Unleashed Memories after that and waited a few years for Comalies to get released. Lacuna Coil held their own very well before Evanescene showed up who released their first song Bring Me To Life,a song with female/male vocals&heavy/tortured/beautiful sound. That's what sent the comaprison wheel spinning. People need to listen harder for what makes each of these bands different. All are great!
