This is an improved audio/video version of the little Marilyn Monroe tribute show by Kylie Minogue at the celebration of the Fox Studios Australia, Grand Opening (1999). The vocals are mostly pre-recorded. (Some Marilyn fans are always complaining - but I really don't know why. Kylie has a DIFFERENT voice, yes, but she did her best producing this tribute act, and I think she was quite good - much better than anybody else I know, including Madonna!)

This was ok...she can really sing but this is my favorite Marilyn sequence from my favorite Marilyn film. Nobody can do it the way she did. One of my favorite parts is when she's saying no and hitting the men, which didn't come of well at all in this. At least Kylie can sing, so it wasn't a bad rendition. It's just the performance that felt lacking and the breakdown just didn't feel as big but then again this is from my favorite Marilyn film so I expect a lot.
