KROKUS

Headhunter is a really good album, but in my opinion Metal Rendez-Vous and Hardware sounded way better! Maybe it's because those 2 albums were the first I listened to when I was introduced to Krokus by a good friend of mine (we were 13 or 14 I guess), and it was such a blast. They simply sound more original to me. Anyway, I'm not ashamed to say that I love quite everything Krokus released in their career!

Saw then in 1980 when they were probably at their height, great underated band with good musicians and singer, they should have stuck to this type of music, instead they went more generic rock style and faded!!

One of their best. The mix / arrangement of the songs for Metal Rendez-Vous is neglected. One of the best albums of 1980. For what Krokus intended at this point was a progressive rock band with an edge. But, of course, corporate rock made them become another hard rock act. In the vein of AC/DC and Judas Priest. Watching the video as I write this and Marc's dance moves go with Disco era. Just think of how young video's were at this point in time.
