This song reminds me of several different movies that have some traditional folk dance. The Forest Clan- Korpiklaani, has hit my imagination, although I wish I did animation. If you like this song, should try "Shall we take a turn". Question: why did they change the name of the band from Shaman?

Pellonpekko is not a translataion for any word, it is the names of a finnish god, also known as Pekko, I'm not a finn but that's its meaning.

jglitch0 This is not metal... are you retarded? You want metal, listen to Mudvayne. This is good 'ol Irish with a little rock mix involved. Learn your shit before you bash others.

My friends and I reunite every New Years's Eve to celebrate, but we all are a little bit... medieval. Korpiklaani's tracks fit the ocasion so well~

I wake up to this song every morning so im not so pissed off to go to work...This is the key example on why people who say metal is shit should go fuck themselves

This whole song is amazing, but I absolutely love when the guitar comes in at the end. It just drives the song into the ending so well.

As for the translation, i think the closest to Pellon Pekko would be "Peke of the Field"
