Amon Tobin used Symbolic Sounds Kyma X to re-synthesize his vocal to what you hear in the track. My guess is he is using the Tau editor in Kyma which allows for insane spectral morphing and re-synthesis.Out of all other musical programming languages none offer the quality and power of spectral manipulation that Kyma has.Kyma has been used extensively throughout ISAM so if you are wondering how some of the sounds were created now you know where to look.

You're simply not trained to listen this kind of music. That's all. In symphonic music they used cannons. Didn't change the fact that it was a piece for violins and such of the sort. It's a different kind of music that only some people can accept.

Yeah that doesn't prove anything. The person who uploaded the video wrote that, they don't have proof and neither do you. You can't believe everything you read especially when you don't even look into the facts behind the statement first. :D
