I actually know what this Song is about , one can trip or find the answers in this life but the real reason this Song touches our Souls is because we want to be the few that do Make our own flight those that are on this earth will hold us down to the feet of the platform of Confusion and Misery , those that haven't figured out how to fly yet are the ones without Wings, and those are left still standing Upon this ground, we are dirt and dirt we might be , but we also have Wings to take off if we allow ourselves..:)

It's really easy to hate on KoL based on their recent release, but I think it's an anomaly for people to really put themselves in someone else's place, take another character. This song is a perfect example of him outwardly seeing an event, and pulling into that character, making it seem genuine and emotional, maybe drawing it from whatever experiences he was going through at the time. Great writing. I still hate this band though. ;)
