I was in music retail management in tbe mid 90s when i received a play copy of THUD. I recognized his name from David Baerwald's TRIAGE album and from that,er, femme fatale from MO(less said the better). I was instantly knocked out by Kevin's songs and breadth of his music influences. I remember the queasy feeling I had when I heard of his death. With the access granted by internet, in the early 2000s I was able to get SHAMING OF THE TRUE and discover, from mp3s on his website, just how much beautiful music he had a hand in. I am thrilled to see his music find new homes and continue to amaze. I try to suggest his music to new listeners as often as I can. I owe him that much for the gift he's given.
