As Kevin is the singer of this song and the noted former frontman of Quiet Riot they took priority over Dokken and Lynch Mob as the information header would not permit an excessively long title to include all the other details.

But the Scorpions wrote the song so it has everything to do with them, and you should have Dokken and Lynch Mob too because this is off George Lynch's album
