it would make sense to omit part of the song, as some of the higher notes in the solo and outro aren't as audible as they are with am electric guitar and distortion, and there's no whammy bar to get the effect of Kirk's style. I think, however that higher notes (most of which are in Kirk's part) would do well being played by a violin
