It's quite depressing when people put a big blurb about fair use in their descriptions when all they do is upload other people's complete works. Stop being a fucking coward and have the balls to call it what it is, copyright infringement. This isn't fair use. This isn't for education or comment, and you aren't reviewing it. In fact you aren't even in the video. It's depressing because it means a large population of people have the inability to comprehend information, and try legitimise their theft with this block of text that is completely irrelevant. Would I walk into a store and steal some shit and start reciting some fair use policy to the store owners? of course not because that would be fucking retarded. If I posted other people's videos on my channel would I put this fair use notice? No, because it's an incorrect use. My best friend was a huge kieth caputo fan he died from a heroin overdose one time he got drunk and ran up to the band room after a show at the crock rock in allentown and stormed the room where kieth was smoking up. he didn't stay there too long as the security got ahold of him pretty quick.
