This can only be 1979. Probably Utrecht (Vredenburg). Other TV concerts in that year were recorded in Belgium: Brussels & Antwerp.

@vharodark Yes most likely 1979 or 1980, because that is when Phantom of the Night came out, their next album Periscope Life came in 1980, and they play no songs from that album
