Simply fantastic. The only musician who has fans in all genres. I went to see a Kate backed tribute band recently. I am a punk and my friend is a dance fan. I know people who like thrash and like Kate and I remember Cronos from Venom and John Lydon both claim fan status.Kate has the widest appeal of any musician. She shared wall space in my teenage bedroom with The Ramones, The Clash and Kiss, guilty pleasure, as well as Gaye Advert and Debbie Harry.

Can I just say Dinah Donovan that tori amos and Kate bush are VERY different, tori amos isn't impersonating kate bush at all, music influences people and the era does too but in this case there music is very different!! Know your tori info before you start discriminating against the goddess... I love kate bush like nearly as much as tori but I still believe they are individual genius musicians and hold powerful entities as people, I just want you to know that tori amos is really a special human being and has in multiple interviews explained to those who think she is a kate bush wannabe that really it's not the case ! uikgkjgkjg listen to tori's albums boys for pele and little earthquakes, they are obviously purely of her own and not a paralel of one of kates albums!! No one can write such lyrics and music that is impersonating someone else, toooo DEEPP

Been a major fan ever since I first saw her on Top of the Pops in 1979 when I was 16.Dinah, I love all your taste in music except Depeche Mode. I just don't get that at all. But I Just Can't Get Enough of the rest! I'd have to add Yes, Led Zeppelin, Gentle Giant, Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart and very old Genesis to the list as well. Maybe Aerosmith and Van Halen.
