God I love Karnivool. One of my favorite bands, own all albums and love the fuck out of Persona. I can say as a hardcore fan that this shit is not Karnivool. I am so glad they improved at Persona, and especially at Sound Awake.Guitar work, lyrics, and singing is great (as always with Kenny and Goddard) but jesus the quality is awful, and the song itself is very amateurish. And as a drummer I am dying inside from that bass drum.

Funny you should say that I met them after a gig once and I was speaking to drew and he said that Kenny was really influenced by Nirvana and Arch enemy aha weird combination but there you go !
