The soul, that rasp- you can only get that if you're born with it. Juliet is one of the few true artists to appear on this show, aside from Patrick Dodd, Maya Sykes, Judith Hill and Donna Allen (and possibly Lindsay Pavao and Jesse Campbell. And Maybe that dude who won season 7). I can't believe season 8 now- there's nothing original, it's like watching a repeat of the last seven seasons. No doubt with the same result. Being on this show only works for you if you are already a professional- a good way to establish more of a fan-base and spread the word, but not if you want to be the next Carrie Underwood. Because winning a talent show on TV is probably the worst thing you can do to a singing career these days- especially if it was non-existent beforehand (i.e Danielle Bradbury).
