Instead of using the build-in microphone that came with the camera, I've recorded the audio with a PCM-recorder this time. Maybe you can notice the difference in audio-quality. If not, that's okay too.
(In advance my apologies for adding confusion to the lyrics, using "you" and/or "I" randomly, instead of how I created and intended it long ago, making the storyline in this version incredibly hard and annoying to grasp... to say the least. That's just for those who care about details and have an urge to shoot me for my mistakes (like myself for instance). My bad, indeed. I was just flowing. Wasn't paying much attention to potato, potata.)
It's early in the morning, 7am
alarm is yelling: "time to get out the bed!"
a few more minutes, before I gotta be gone
but I'm stuck to the bed, I feel so miserable
hurry, hurry, hurry, up!
take a bit of a sandwich, put on my coat
put it on inside out, but I just don't know
'cause both of my eyelids, way about a pound
body still isn't working, and what about the taste in my mouth
come on! hurry, hurry, hurry, up!
slow down, everybody slow down
go take the pressure of y'all
everybody's going way to fast for me
slow down, everybody slow down
it doesn't have to be this way
look around you it's a beautiful day
the other side of the city, traffic jam
looks like no one's gonna make it
looks like I don't give a damn
through the window, a guy is looking at me
I can see the stress in his eyes, still not where he should be
hurry, hurry, hurry, up
listen up, I'm going back to bed, 'cause I had enough
I'll turn the car around, I'm gonna slow down, skip a day at work, wow you 'bet cha'!
hear me out in case you don't know what I'm talking about, even though it's been said:
I'm going back to bed, period
