she has too much muscel on them leg of hers. lol I think people that knew her made fun of the rumors because they knew her. heck she made fun of them herself. lol btw, I don't think she did anything illegal even by todays standards. smoking, drinking and possibley the regular use of diet pills can do exactly what you see. even though when she was at her biggest, I don't think she was over weight. being 4'11" doesn't help.

She did go on an all-liquid diet for like a month to lose weight, but she wasn't anorexic, like you said. She loved to eat.

When she said "Maybe it's the weight I lost," I nearly lost it. That woman had such a great sense of humor, so great that she could poke fun at herself (considering her weight and appearance was always real touchy to her). It's really true when she says that she was truly alive on stage. Clearly, she can light up the stage by herself with only a mike and her voice - no need for sets, elaborate costumes, fancy lights...she exuded a kind of charisma that no one else could ever possibly possess.

These segments were always my favorite. Just Judy, no distractions. I can't believe she calls her self a little old lady, she was still fairly young in my opinion and she still had such a pretty face! I hope I can look that good by the age and I'm not kidding.
