The bonus track "Fight for Your Life" was the "original" version of Judas Priest's "Rock Hard Ride Free" from their Defenders of the Faith album. "The Green Manalishi (With the Two-Pronged Crown)" is considered a bonus track on the UK remaster, but a regular track on the U.S. version.In 2010, audiophile label Audio Fidelity released a limited-edition 24-karat gold CD of Hell Bent for Leather. Mastering was done by Steve Hoffman. This does not contain the bonus tracks from the 2001 edition.

I think Rock Hard Ride Free is a better chorus and overall the better song, but I like this one almost as much. It's the guitar solos that make it.

lol my friend, Maiden is complimentary to Judas. Both are amazing bands and very worthy, but Judas paved the way in the 70s and early 80s.

It ain't a remake. It's the original version of Rock Hard Ride Free. And this ain't crappy. This may be the original version of the song but the changes are enough to call it a different song.

It is strange hearing this song done this way, but its also amazing how songs evolve. You can start writing one thing and come out the other end w/something completely different. Rob is still a bad ass!!! The US Festival concert from the Screaming For Vengance tour is great!!! Hope they release that.
