YouTube needs a so-so button. I like the singing but dislike the stilted no movement. Of course I'm a barbershopper and can't help to compare this Purdue Varsity Glee Club version to the Vocal Majority chorus, an unfair comparison, but Purdue could learn a little from the masters. Still, Purdue sang this very well, better than the chorus I sing with could have done.

Correct - this version of the Battle of Jericho was arranged for the Vocal Majority under the direction of Jum Clancy.

They have to do what the director instructs them to do. They're VERY disciplined, but not as much as they used to be since getting a new director.

Amazing... but, except for their choreographed movements... they are so... still. How can you sing this song and not MOVE??.. I can see some guys fighting it. I don't know whether to be amazed by their discipline, or disappointed by whomever stifled their natural instinct to dance with the song.
