I'll bet anybody a Big Mac that it is NOT Jon singing in this particular footage, but, instead it is his brother, Tony.

As a Yes fan, this footage is just wonderful to see. Comparing this to something like Going For The One, a good 10 years after, it's astounding to see how much Jon and his music had developed. Great stuff.

It's like when one of us tries to cover a Barry White tune.

My ears may deceive me, but I really didn't hear Jon sing any flat notes. Just sayin', though.

@IYAMNI That's good to know ,I was wondering which one was Andersons brother?

IYAMNI

@jsilence418 I didn't know who he was when I wrote that. I just thought he looked a lot like young Steve Winwood. lol. It was an unlikely but not impossible guess, considering the time period. Turns out his name is Brian Chatton who it seems has played with everybody from Jethro Tull to Keith Emerson and Meatloaf. Google 'Brian Chatton Bio' to see the list for yourself. He also played with Phil Collins' pre-Genesis band Flaming Youth and you can see some of their early vids on YT.

Thankfully he hit his stride with singing after this, hey? It sounds like a completely different voice here.
