This is my favorite Johnny Cash gospel song of all time. I can truly relate to this hymn. I've gone through the toughest struggles in life that nearly drowned me, but ask the Lord for guidance and direction. I actually want this song played at my funeral when my time on earth expires. I love this song that much.

Love this song, my dad use to sing it to us when I was growing up. Dad loved to sing even though he didn't live the life, this song would make him cry as he sang it. Thankfully he came to the Lord near the end. This song will always be a precious memory. Johnny does it almost as well as dad. Those struggles through troublesome waters both these men faced can inspire those who hear. Thanks for posting.
