At times I think this is John's greatest song and I never tire of listening to it, which can be said of almost no other song from anyone. The song has a rare quality which could be called "understated" which means it doesn't become annoying as almost every other song does if you listen too much. And yes it makes it beyond great that a young Matthew McConaughey and Karen Alexander appear.
