I guess you have to be careful with lyrics in the web because some people can't spell or don't know English that well.

I would say it's "full of beer full of cries in a drunken down fight" because "drinkin' down fight" makes no sense. Also a paunch is a big belly so "haunches bursting their pants" would again make the most sense.
