And on that very day, Feb. 10th, it entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart; eventually it peaked at #33 and spent 7 weeks on the Top 100... It reached #7 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart... Joe Tex passed away on August 13th, 1982 at age 47 {heart attack}... R.I.P. Mr. Tex, aka Joseph Arrington, Jr., and Mr. Clark {1929 - 2012}...
