Even with these two grimacing wannabes sharing solos NOTHING compares to the original Albert King version from the 1972 LP of the same name. So many things involved, the dynamics, the authenticity, the tone, the feel that Albert had. He owns the song. Some songs just can't be improved upon.

Heb bonamassa afgelopen weekend voor het eerst gezien in grolloo op het bluess festival. Hij heeft de hele zaal omver geblazen. Wat een geweldige artiest. Hij komt denk ik in het rijtje van bb king rory Gallagher, gary moore, Jimmy Hendrix.... persoonlijk vind bv een Eric clapton niet zo. Hij kan geweldig gitaar spelen maar er is geen beleving van zijn gezicht af te lezen. Vind m een dooie. Maar ja in Amerika ben ja al heel gauw amazing He.
