In under three years, he has recorded and released three albums, completed numerous tours across Western Canada, and has performed at festivals in Canada, the United States, and the Netherlands - all as an independent artist (and spirit) no less!

Winter 2010 marks the highly anticipated release of his third studio album: 'Sojourner'. The album features eleven tracks which showcase a variety of musical style and instrumentation - all the while highlighting Kamps' song-writing and story-telling skills. Joal has cleverly blended his newest material into an eclectic mix of folk-pop-roots-rock which further whets the appetite of his fans young and old.
