From the moment I heard Jo Dee's debut single, "Heads Caolina, Tails California", I have been a fan of hers. Her debut album which was co-produced by Tim McGraw (he has since co-produced all of her records to date) was one of the best albums released in 1996. To this day I still listen to each track.
