Amazing version of Sarah Smile;however, 35 yrs. ago Hall & oates could sing this perfect on a bad night. Give the old guys a break.....Jimmy Wayne wont be able to hit this song in 35 yrs like he does in this incredible version.

@theann111.My question is..how could you hate this song to begin with? Did a girl named Sara hurt you? Anything else is unacceptable. This is one of those songs that will go down in history as the best we had to offer. It's plain and simply one of the best R&B soul tunes ever written. Period.

I absolutely hated this song, but i saw him do it live. and just listening to him do it accoustic, you can't help but enjoy it .He has such a smooth voice. I really wasn't a fan of his at all, but when i saw him he was amazing. And even though he didn't write this song. The ones that he does write are so inspirational and have a great mesage. I love him now.

@hoose54 Perhaps you could try to smile and enjoy the message as people try to be kind to you. My precious daughter Sara died very unexpectedly 3 yrs ago when she was ony 28 yrs old... This song brings smiles to me and memories of her. She loved this song knowing it was "her song".
