Keith Richards is right. Jimmy Reed does the laziest, most brilliant turnarounds. Can you hear how on the turnaround the bass remains on the IV, when it 'should' be on the V, then settles into the proper IV on its way back to the I? It's part of JR's sound, along with his special, consistently slightly out-of-tune tuning.
