I can't understand the constant comparison with Jimmy and Buckley. I loved them both through the late 90's. Both exceptional vocals with very different writing styles. He has vocal qualities of many other artists that I love. As does any good artist. He just gets compared to Buckley because he is a little dude with a big voice and came out in the same era. I don't believe that is fair. If anything, his vocal textures are more like Rufus Wainwright or Roy Orbison. However, I have always heard him as "Jimmy Gnecco". @bears1705 The Buckley comparisons are a lot the reason he is not bigger I think, along with the fact that he constantly fought with his record labels and the original Ours band for creative control. His artistry has been the direction that it "needed" to be though. He will have a huge legacy in the music world.
