I agree with Randy. Jessica is one of the best singer I've ever heard in a long time too. Jessica has lots of beautiful dynamics in her style. And this is what I've said in one of Hollie Cavanagh performances. I love Hollie's voice, but she lacking that dynamics to really make Hollie exciting to watch. I can say Hollies style is so old school.

I stan BOTH Phillip and Jessica. Jessica is an effortless breathtaking and emotional winner but the reason she lost is the same reason Adam lost against kris. At the end of the day voters want performers to create their own arrangements of songs and not do the exact arrangement as the artists. This was a version of the song previously done by Beyoncé. Phillip and Kris ALWAYS had their own covers NAILED and it always sounded like it was right off their album. Adam and Jessica ARE IDOL LEGENDS but failed to have a true identity on the show. It truly showed when they were given their own songs. Neither of their "original songs" did well at all. Compare Adam' VERY SOLID AND ORIGINAL style now to how he was on the show (song wise) it's like night and day.
