This recording session was a mountain for Jerry. I think if it weren't for, Dawg, we would have never gotten to hear Captain Trips greatest works. Not that Dead shit isn't a Mt. itself, but ask any guitar vet, this shit is infinitely harder than ne Dead tune.Especially for a dude in his condition. What a champ. If anyone has not seen it yet Grateful Dawg is a movie you MUST see. Even if ur not a dead or jazz fan. What a wonderful friendship these 2 had was something to be envied by all of us.
