i don't think many people realize how much brent's death affected the gd, and especially jerry. although he was using some he beat the beast back after the coma, but he continued to do opiates, and i think he really tried to get brent to recognize the danger. jerry lost more than a band member. i never saw a killer gd show after brent. i'm unsure, but i've lost too many friends to the same.
