thats one of my favorite lines. he using an illiteration and it dissolves because the crab crawled out of the shell lol so the "empty shell" wasnt so empty. Brilliant!

i saw him live a few weeks ago in omaha and he used a violin and cello instead of the horns and it was amazing! i actually thought it sounded even better than the album version. the camera probably distorts the actual sound also :]

oh i loved his music so.. until i saw this performance here. it used to be my favorite song actually. but to be honest this live perfomance sounds horrible.. i don't know maybe it is because of the record is not that good. i might have loved it if i was there. who knows

What's funny is I saw him live in Tallahassee, expecting a full band but leaving feeling it would have been ruined had it not been just Jens, his guitar, and his creativity with the pedals. Man what a good show.
