Royal Winnepeg Ballet came to Berkeley around 1976, met Lendra Phillips their PR director & spent one lovely night together, later attending the peformance they had done one dance set to this song. Thr Royal Winnepeg & SF Ballet are just the same age, the two oldest Ballet companies in the northern hemisphere.

Bearing in mind my earlier comment, Pete's keyboard contributions are super - particularly the Moog solo!

Here is proof that David Freiberg can, when the mood takes him, produce just as good a bass line as Pete Sears. In my opinion he (Freiberg) was massively underrated as a band member. After all, he sang the best backing vocals, wrote "Jane" and was an extremely competent bassist and keyboardist, even though he likes to say he wasn't.

This is my favorite song from Spitfire. I saw them at The Shrine Auditorium in LA in 1976 and it was a combo Spitfire/Red Octopus music. with some Dragonfly in there too. The best concerts I've ever attended Thanks for posting this. Look for the day that ALL their music will be on here!!
