Jefferson Airplane in my opinion one of the greatest American bands from the hippie era. Would have loved to see a The Doors and Jefferson Airplane concert. The two best bands at the time. Shame that JA is so underrated nowadays, people only know Somebody To Love or White Rabbit.

The song is absolutely beautiful, like a dream. Jefferson Airplane was in top form with the album. 1968 was so turbulent... but JA added music that lifted a person out of the turmoil. "In Time" is soothing.

Nominating Jack Casady for best bass performance of all time in a studio cut for this song. In Time is perfect in every way. It is of its times, and for all time about the mind and the sensual body and being in the present, and so it is psychedelic. I love this band. I have always loved this band; they peaked in 1969.
