From the 1975 album BLOW BY BLOW. The song was written by Max Middleton and was produced by George Martin (The 5th Beatle) at his Air Studios.

Beck was such a stickler for getting his solos perfect that he drove Martin batty. He would spend hours getting them just so and then a week later he would call Martin and say that he thought he could do better. This would happen over and over until one day Beck called Martin and said I think I can do better and Martin had to tell him that the record was already in the stores!

Jeff Beck - Guitars

Phil Chen - Bass

Richard Bailey - Drums

Max Middleton - Keyboards

Having the original makes a lot of sense and remastered albums are of poor quality because it has much to be desired when listening to it and also leaves too much out of it.

On his deathbed my grandfather recalled his days as a music shop owner. One day a kid came in looking to purchase himself a beginner's guitar bundle type thing, and was devastated to find he was short by essentially fifteen cents. My grandfather said "I'll tell you what son, I'll take away the guitar pick, and we will be square." He told me he figured he'd just sell the kid a pick for .50 the next day. That kid never came back, that kid was Jeff Beck.
