My favorite all-time album (and possibly song) of the decade beating out Slint, Afghan Whigs, Swervedriver, Melvins, Qucksand, Today is the Day, Breadwinner, Helmet, Drive Like Jehu, SDRE, Hum, Jesus Lizard, Barkmarket, His Hero Is Gone, PJ Harvey, Silkworm, Kyuss, UNSANE & Don Caballero. The 90s truly kicked asses, now there's a whole load of bullshit to wade through to find tiny, tiny diamonds.
