I didn't know this until I researched before uploading the song. Jan Howard wrote and originally recorded this when her hits had begun drying up. According to her autobiography, she was going through troubled times with then-husband, the legendary singer/songwriter Harlan Howard who apparently had quite the roving ways. Out of her heartache came one of her biggest hits ever and I like it for having some humorous overtones to it.15 years назад
