That's good. You have to work on the chord transitions tho. I know the style and the genre in which this song was made and you're imitating the style. I'm not saying you know this genre, because you probably don't but for a person that knows music, they will tell you the same. You also have to make it flow. And I repeat, the transitions have to but clean and quick. But it's good.
