I love James Taylor...but he has turned into a black man as he has aged.Very exaggerated facial movements.I love these videos when he was himself and not some ol' bluesy type persona.I mean, he's literally turned into Scatman Crothers right before our very eyes. James...you could hit the stage wearing a Barney costume, and blow us all away.Your voice and music is that dang good.

My dad listens to this since forever. I had a girlfriend called Carolinne and I used to express myself to her using this song. She broke my heart, well, you know, all that drama history... Carolina In My Mind lose its old meaning to me, but what amazes me is the fact that this song (and other James's songs) always had a strong influence over my evolution as a boy to my 20's. I'm always grateful to know that I have such beautiful songs to express myself so "timeless", if you know what I mean... His songs always fits somehow in sometime in some situation.
