In all of our heads there is a person song and sound but realistically it doesn't exists because it is so perfect BUT, i have actually found it in James Carrs song love attack. I never been through heart ache or anything bad in my life but i swear that song is speaking directly to me. I truly dont have words for it; the man is so underrated its unbelievable.

me and my father didnt always geta along but I thank him for introducing me to James Carr and others. Thats love enough. I can't imagine how he felt to see others less talented rewarded a thousand fold. Sometimes the greats have to live with sad realities. James Carr. Definitly missed and one of the greatest R&B vocalists ever. He and Linda Jones.

The greatest soul voice ever? It's hard to argue against. Even Otis may have to cede to this man. Certainly the most underrated singer of his generation. Nuff respect!
