Yes... pretty sure this is Lewis Cleale and Melissa Errico from the 1995 Call Me Madam. This production also starred the wonderful Tyne Daly (of Cagney and Lacey fame!)

NOT Russell Nype and Galina Talva on the recording of the original Broadway cast where RCA had to substitute Dinah Shore to Ethel Merman because the latter was under contract with Decca and Decca refused to "loan" her to RCA. The orchestra and the boy's voice sound very similar but Nype has a more pronounced vibrato. And it's not Donald O'Connor and Vera-Ellen from the film - very different. I suspect it might be Lewis Cleale, Melissa Errico from the 1995 Broadway revival (haven't heard it)
